We collect information in order to invoice you and also to send out your goods.

How do we keep it secure?

• To enable us to send out your goods to your business or home address
• To use for your artwork design for your business or personal printing
• The information gathered is held on a secure, password protected database which has limited access.
• All proofs of print work are filed and secured in a locked room. Keys for this are stored in a safe place, off the premises.
• All personal data should be sent to us via a secure file, such as Wetransfer or DropBox, or via the telephone where the details can then be transferred directly to the secure database.

Access to your personal information
Under GDPR, it is our responsibility to ensure that your personal details, whilst in our care shall be used for the sole purpose that they were provided to us for. You are able, at any time to request access to these details. Should you wish to do so, please contact info@ashleighprint.com.
You will be expected to provide proof of your identity in order to gain access to such information.
Your subject access request will be charged at £10.00.
We are obliged to pass you the requested information within 14 days.
You are also able to update, remove or amend any personal details that we may hold, please use the email address provided above should you wish to do so.
